Hilary is a dress historian, curator and archaeologist based between Sydney and London. She was curator of fashion and decorative arts at the Museum of London and has lectured and taught extensively in her field, including presenting on the BBC documentary Pride & Prejudice: Having a Ball. Her reconstruction of Jane Austen’s pelisse coat led to her book Dress in the Age of Jane Austen.

Kelly has enjoyed sewing since she was a child, and began her costuming adventures in her 20s. She has since delved into the historical costuming of many eras, from medieval through to the 1960s. Since her first Regency experience - going to the Jane Austen Festival in Canberra - the Regency era holds a special place in her heart and in her wardrobe. She has taught sewing workshops there for the past 7 years.

Melbourne based emerging artist, Alex Edsor has been a Pride and Prejudice fan since she was a little girl reading the book. A keen hiker, her work began in landscape drawing and has since developed into a broad arts practice including; printmaking, sculpture, and video installation. In the last few years she has focused on private commission work and participated in group art shows at local Melbourne galleries such as No Vacancy Gallery.

Hannah and James are two of the co-directors of A_tistic, a team of multidisciplinary neurodiverse artists, consultants and educators. Using their style of Spectrum Theatre, they aim to bring autistic lives, insights and experiences to the stage.
In her arts life, Hannah Aroni is a writer, director, dramaturge and illustrator. In her civilian life, she's a social worker with occasional forays into academia and a strong focus on disability advocacy. She is one of the token non-autistic members of A_tistic’s arts core, co-directed Helping Hands (2019), and contributes workshop development, design, dramaturgy and website/social media management to A_tistic. She is endlessly fascinated by the complexities of interpersonal communication and the challenges of developing a utopian imagination.
James Matthews is an autistic self-advocate and theatre maker. He became part of A_tistic as a devising performer in Them Aspies (2014, 2015) and has since contributed to the company as a co-director of Helping Hands (2019), as a workshop designer/presenter, and as a dramaturge for Pinocchio (2016) and Alexithymia (2017). He draws on collaborative negotiation and world-building techniques used in table-top roleplaying games to inform his approach to storytelling. In conclusion, ABA must be destroyed.

Bradley Storer is a Melbourne-based musical theatre performer and cabaret artist. Having completed a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Drama/Literature) at Deakin University and obtained a Diploma of Musical Theatre from Patrick Studios Australia under the tutelage of Andrew Hallsworth, Bradley has most recently been seen in new Australian musical Post and as the villainous Chadbury in Queer Lady Magician. His critically acclaimed dark cabaret, Trickster, has also enjoyed multiple Melbourne seasons and toured to Adelaide Fringe.

SONIA MARCON

Sonia began her formal training with a four-year Theatre & Drama degree from Murdoch University. During this time, she was heavily involved in the Perth theatre scene as an actor, singer and dancer. She knew this was her calling when she found she could walk through the city and get recognised by strangers who had seen her in various productions. Sonia was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis four years into her performing life but that did not slow her down. From then she starred as Julie in the Australian comedy Cosi, the monologue-heavy role of Chorus in Shakespeare’s Henry V plus leading roles in the Guild Equity Trust Award-nominated original thriller Serpentine and the Guild Equity Trust Award-winning original drama Cry Havoc. Sonia has also been in films, television and radio plays.

Lore is a non-binary actor, composer, writer and cellist with a special interest in stage combat and martial arts. Since graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts in 2012 with a Bachelor of Theatrical Production, Lore has pursued a varied career as a sound designer and technician, cellist, instrumental teacher and actor. When exposed to stage combat in 2015, Lore became enamoured and has since trained consistently in this discipline alongside acting. Lore is currently working as a cello teacher, composer and actor and studying a Graduate Diploma of Arts at Melbourne University as well as writing and producing their own original work, which can be found on youtube and vimeo.

Originally from Melbourne now based in London Stephanie is a performer, movement director and teacher. Her training includes an MA of Movement: teaching and direction, from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, two years at Lecoq, Acting at The University of Ballarat, Noh and Nihonbouyo at The Kyoto Arts Centre and butoh with various masters. She has performed and directed for on stages in Australia, London, and Japan with a preference for non traditional performance space, interdisciplinary work and collaborative processes.

Currently Tiara is producing a Fringe Festival on Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

JANE BULLOCK
BEGINNER REGENCY DANCE LESSON on PEMBERLEY @ 3.30PM - 5PM
Jane arrived in Australia in 1976 and quickly became involved in the folk dance scene. She learnt to call the dances by teaching primary school age children and became the permanent dance caller for the Brumbies Bush Band. Currently the dance convener for the Victorian Folk Music Club, she calls regularly at the monthly family dances, the monthly children's dances and the annual Woolshed balls. She also plays piano and recorder with the English Dance Band – Delia's Friends where she also calls dances. Jane calls regularly at festivals across Australia including the annual National Folk Festival in Canberra. Jane's expertise is recognized internationally having called in the USA, UK and Russia.

KELLY GARDINER
Kelly writes historical fiction and fantasy for readers of all ages, including the time-slip trilogy, The Firewatcher Chronicles, which begins with Brimstone. She teaches creative writing at La Trobe University and is the co-host of Unladylike, a podcast about women and writing.
RACHEL KAMATH
A graduate of Stella Adler Academy of Theatre in Los Angeles, Rachel Kamath has worked in a various mediums of storytelling. She recently appeared in feature film ‘The Taverna’ and has worked on ‘Jack Irish Season 2’ amongst other plays and short films. She recalls being introduced to Jane Austen in high school and plans to name her pet Mr Wickham when she finally gets one.
KATHLEEN WESTCOTT
Kathleen is a writer who has had her short films play around the world, including at the Melbourne International Film Festival and Indy Film Fest, and currently has her first feature film in development. She has worked on TV shows such as Get Krack!n, Shaun Micallef's Mad As Hell, and currently writes for Have You Been Paying Attention?.
KAITLYN BLYTHE
Kaitlyn (formerly Kaitlyn Plyley) is a Melbourne-based writer and performer. Her writing has been published by Junkee, The Sydney Morning Herald, Seizure, The Lifted Brow, and more. In 2019, Kaitlyn received Copyright Agency's Ignite Grant and The Wheeler Centre's Hot Desk Fellowship to work on her chronic illness memoir, Suddenly 80.
